Exceptional service!
I purchased a cat shelf with a clear Perspex bowl & it arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it had some minor damage. I emailed Petomg & received a response within 5 minutes apologising & letting me know they would send me a replacement immediately. I received the replacement within 2 days time. They kept in constant contact until I was satisfied. Impeccable service. Highly recommended. Thanks so much! My cats love it!

We couldn't be happier with our new cat tree and neither could our cats.
I was a little apprehensive about spending so much money on a cat tree, but both the design and quality are top notch, it's incredibly sturdy and it looks perfect in our living room.
