Rubberwood Cat Tree, Cat Tower 34.6''*15.7''*42''

This product arrived moldy (all the rope around the posts and the rug mat) and the wood parts were broken too. I was excited for this design but the product is terrible. Edit: I received a small refund and replacement parts sent to me right away after my email to the company. The new parts arrived in good condition and I was able to assemble the cat tower. The step treads twirl around as they only have a single support screw (not usable by the hefty cat I have) and the whole platform was too small for him to use. So the company made good with me and I am giving them an increase to 4 stars (from 1) for their customer service. But ultimately the product doesn’t work for my cats. Bummed!

This cat condo exceeded my expectations! The rubberwood feels so premium, and the design is just stunning. It was a breeze to set up, and my cats couldn’t be happier. Plus, it’s eco-friendly!

The natural look of rubberwood also appeals to me. It blends in with the decor of our home without being obtrusive. I love the natural grain and color of the wood, which makes the whole space look so much more welcoming. Assembly is also relatively easy. Although it takes some time and patience, the instructions are very clear and the parts are all included. There were no issues with the whole process and I was able to complete the assembly by myself.
