Very Good Customer Service

I reported a problem via email that was a bit slow, probably due to the time difference between us. With that groundwork established, my problem was quickly diagnosed, and several solutions were suggested. Though all the solutions presented could have fixed the problem, none of them did. Replacement parts were dispatched, and my problem was solved—I now have my Odin chair back in good working order. I should mention that my problem did not in any way affect the way the chair worked; it was just a bit of an annoyance.

I purchased the Odinlake ergo plus 143 chair approximately 2 months ago. I found the chair to be solid and very well build. All the necessary controls for adjustments in height, seat depth, tilt angle, and the height of the lumbar support are well labeled and easily accessible. I also purchased the foot rest since I have had recent back surgery and needed additional support. The customer service support team is the best I have ever seen for any company. They were happy to answer all of my questions and helped me in so many ways, so that I could make the necessary chair adjustments to help me after surgery.

Awesome Chair

The chair is very well built and comfortable! Materials used are not flimsy and welds/structure feel first class. Adjustments are precise and the lumbar has just the right tension. Delivery was timely too!
