I had ordered a chain collar I was not happy with. The customer service promtly answered all my question on how to return and get the collar I really needed. I feel customer service is very important. Unfortunately, some companies have forgotten that. Not Herm. Sprenger. They are on top of the game.

It’s a little tight trying to get it over her ears and neck I should have gotten the 24 inch

Just a great collar. Got the black one and even when the color wears with use, it looks nice with our black prong. My trainer uses nothing but hermsprenger and I see why!
