Keep their word!!!!
I bought a fire hose tug. The tug was amazing. I had an issue with the handle and they replaced it immediately. No questions asked just sent him a picture and order #. They had my order shipped to me ASAP! Single best dog product we own. Completely wears dog out.

Best Tug Toy Ever
We have a Belgium Shepherd who goes thru toys like candy. She's finally met her match. This toy is well made and strong and can stand up to her endless abuse.
