Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) / Textured Soy Protein (TSP)

Amazing!

This is absolutely amazing! We use this to make vegetarian “beef” and broccoli and it’s practically indistinguishable from the real stuff with the right seasoning. Thanks for the handwritten note too! We’ll be ordering some more soon!

Perhaps we did it wrong!

Large pieces. Simmered in stock. Made sure to press and squeeze dry. Seared and then simmered in sauce. Yuk yuk yuk. I do hope the smaller ones are better I have a whole box of packages! May the next attempt go in the bowl and not the bin. Wonderful service and sweet packaging with a note that would give it 5 stars. But I would need to be able to eat the thing that came with the letter. It would just be me and my first attempt.

I absolutely love this TVP, I have tried so many different ones but this one cooks up so well and absorbs flavor quite nicely. I will always order my soy proteins form Yang Kee Trading, their customer service is top notch!!!
