I am so happy to be able match the flavor of my favorite Hakka noodles from Taiwan. Yang Kee's mushroom toon sauce turns any noodles into a delicious flavor experience!

This sauce is amazing!

The umami, the texture, a little bit sweet, a little bit salty, this sauce is so delicious, I could eat it every day. By itself, or with a little soy sauce and chili flakes, on noodles with some tofu thrown in, it’s a meal in minutes. And the handwritten note that came with my first order makes me want to do business with them forever. And as long as they keep selling this sauce, I will!
