BodyKore Isolation Bicep Tricep GR634

I really like this machine. (Word to the wise, this is definitely two people to assemble.) The backrest is big plus especially when doing triceps. On other machines I use, I have to wrap my legs around a post to keep me from sliding backwards. It comes with a 220lbs weight stack which is heavy enough for most everybody. I’m very happy with the machine.
