Taste is good

I am a cocoa lover anyway so I thought I would try this. The taste is smooth (I add a milk topper), and it seems to be calming. As far as helping me sleep through the night, I haven't experienced that yet. Have been using almost every night for about 2 weeks.

Not really. fit for me

I love Spicy Rose and share and reorder that but thought i would try something new..Drinking hot chocolte with coconut sugar before bed isnt really a fit for me.. and drinking it earlier to get sleepy also isnt a fit. I tried it once but i suspect it will sit in my cupboard for a long time.

Love my nigh time routine with Rasa Deep Dream Cacao. It takes the place of a sweet desert and is delicious.
