I've had two problems over the several years I've had my Hurom H-AA, & customer service is always extremely helpful & friendly & get the problem resolved quickly. My Hurom juicer is wonderful!

Honestly, I love my slow juicer but for the price, the pieces break too easily. I ordered the chamber set after mine slowly fell apart and for $160 I didn’t even get the piece to put the fruit down. Overall it is a good juicer though.
