LUMYHEALTH Red Light Therapy Mat with a Cozy Headrest

I have just started using the Lumi pad and I feel an almost an immediate feeling of relaxation. The control for 1/2 hr is a perfect setting and has worked well for this last month. The pad is well made and what is felt immediately is a warm calming glow from the lights imbedded in the pad. I have tried using on my legs and notice the muscles seem more relaxed. Thanks Lumi for a great product
