Extremely disappointing experience. The items I purchased did not fit, so I followed the company's return process and sent them back at my own expense. What is advertised as a simple and straightforward refund process has been anything but. More than three months later, I am still waiting for my refund. Throughout this time, I have repeatedly provided proof of purchase, screenshots, my order details, tracking information, and delivery confirmation, only to be told there was no record of my purchase or return. The courier confirmed the package was delivered and signed for on 27 April, and I have supplied this evidence multiple times. Despite repeated apologies, the issue remains unresolved. Customers should not have to spend months chasing a refund, resending the same information, and proving a legitimate purchase over and over. This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely inconsistent with the promises made on the company's website.

Pro I can get the entire body at the samw time and the pulse is extremely strong. Ive used TENS/EMS products and this surpass them all even the flex belt! Con Each pod has to be individually adjusted. Id prefer an app that can sync them all on the same program and run them together

Just started with it this week. I’m using it everyday. So far it seems to be working well. No issues with the product at this point. First couple of day did not feel much even on the highest setting , but now I have to turn it down because it really hits hard. So give it some time. As tome goes on I will up daye again.
