Struggle with long hair for minimal effect

Minimal curls and if you have long hair it’s so hard to lift it up and roll it down, if you have layers… any AT ALL, or any type of bangs, good luck! Super stressful and hard to do, I only was able to with help from someone else. Also it’s so uncomfortable, it says to sleep in it and I woke up with a massive headache, just to pull out SUPER FRIZZY curls, that were all over the place didn’t match and wasn’t even really curls, also didn’t last more than 1 hour.

Unfortunately these did absolutely nothing for long and thicker hair. Wish I didn’t spend so much money on them to be honest 😭 Not particularly easy to use either in the sense that the rods immediately fall down unless they’re so tightly wound up that they’re hurting your skull! Gave them many tries in the hope for better results but no, admitting failure with this purchase.

Satin rods

I adore these. They're soft and comfortable. I put a 4 for the woke up with my hair like.. option because I've never use them over night. I use them with semi damp hair for about an hour maybe more if I have freeing time. I also spritz some of the texture spray on them. It works great for me!
