Well made and feels so soft. More than the product, I have ro say the Customer Service is superb. Rachael messaged me twice after my purchase. Very impressive.

Horrible product and customer refuses to give a refund and let me return it. There is nothing on the website when you’re adding to the car or checking out that says that it’s a final sale item and cannot be returned and they are refusing to honor my request based on their negligence.

So easy to use and absolutely worked!!! It stayed in place all night and my curls lasted for days. 100% recommend.
