This is an exceptional protein bar that also has 5g of creatine. I deliberately left my bar in my csr with temps around 120 degrees. The Soar protein bar didnt melt. It has great consistency and flsvor. No after taste. Leaves no melted residue on uiur fingers. Highly recommend this protein bar.
