Three things. 1. the suggested dose for Creatine is 5-10g per day. The dose per suggested serving is only 3-3.5g so to reach the suggested does you would need to take more than 3 2. So far I have only opened the blueberry flavor but it is horrible and I have to gag them down. Having to take more than three for my desired dose makes the flavor even harder to deal with. 3. The return policy is a joke so it you want to return them paying the return shipping plus $15/bag returned is hardly a return policy that is in good faith of a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I would return all three bags I ordered on the special promotion but I would only get 25% of what I spent. This policy shows me that you do not think you have a quality product. You do not truly stand behind it. Im truly disappointed

Taste Great and Wonderful Results

I have noticed the uptick in my focus and a bit of extra energy in my workouts too. Inalso really like the flavors...they are nice so its not so boring tasting the same flavor every day. I take my 3 daily right before my pre-workout smoothy sonit hits by the time I get to the gym.
