D Timeless Liner - Long Lasting Liquid Eyeliner

I feel so-so about this liner. It IS very black and stays on for a long time! However, it streaks and smudges like noones business! It does not stay in place! Sooo im torn! It has ups and downs! Thats why im giving it 3 stars.

Love the shape of the tip- makes for super sharp lines, a bit of a learning curve even from a lifelong liquid liner user, wipe off some product on the edge before applying- it definitely needs some dry time but it STAYS super black no fading or flaking!

It's a bit watery, so it bleeds but very long lasting.
