Excellent onion!
I grow four to five hundred onions each year and I’m always on the lookout for good long storage ones. I first tried Oneida in 2024 and was very impressed with its large uniformity. They stored extremely well, lasting into April from an August harvest. We don’t have a cellar and store ours uncovered in our insulated garage. Only Patterson (yellow) and Rossa di Milano (red) stored longer but the Oneidas were definitely larger and earlier. I’m growing them again this year and will be in years to come.
