Cabbage - Red Acre - Microgreens Seeds

Great middle of the road flavor

Quick germination, vibrant color all around. Very nice microgreen to plate with. Texture is firm and flavor is mild. Can be utilized in many different dishes.

The Red Cabbage is so pretty with the red stems and green tops. It is one of my favorites. It grows strong in the hydroponic pad. They are one of the easiest microgreens to grow. I have not had any problem with them.

Sprouted quickly and at a high germination rate.
