Love the bench! It allows me to do lat putdowns and rows without moving my other larger bench while using my functional trainer.

Great little bench. I got it because I needed a small, narrow bench to use with my cable machine. Its great for rows and exercises like that. It is built extremely well, and its very comfortable to use.
The color is bright the way that a standard blue from a lot of gym equipment companies is, rather than neon, which I think is a good thing.
Overall, its a really nice bench.
