This chair is nothing short of incredible. The cushion is super comfortable, the lumbar support has been a game changer for my back and the ability to lean back and adjust the 6D arm rests allow for comfort in a lot of different ways. However, one of the arm rests is very loose and I've put a ticket in to the warranty department. If that goes smoothly this will remain a 5 star review.
