AndaSeat New Kaiser 4 6D Armrest Gaming Chair

I am only rating four stars because of the FedEx handling and delivery. The package was beaten and had several punch holes in it, as if it were dropped or thrown around. Because of this, there's a small puncture in the bottom of the backrest near the stitch line on the right side. This appears to be the only damage that I can see or have noticed since assembling the new chair. Because it's out of view, I'm not going to return this product for a new one because everything else seems to be in good and working order. I have no issues with the product. It works as expected, and I love the functionality of not only the backrest but the armrest as well. The cushions are very firm and comfortable for me. Assembly was quite easy and the directions were simple to follow.

Im really loving this chair! Way more comfortable for my butt and back than the secretlabs chair i had.

Best computer chair ever the back support is a game changer takes a while to dial it in but when you do its fantastic and man does my butt anc back feel great only have had a month so we will see how long it last but its got a 3-5 year warranty so not to concerned cause its awesome
