I haven’t enjoyed a GF sandwich in 3 years since being diagnosed with celiacs This is the BEST bread I have come across since being GF. Can’t wait to make a real grilled cheese sandwich and a peanut and jelly sandwich. Thanks to The Gluten Free Palace. Just wish it was easier to buy where I live.

The shipping flattened some of the bread… But the PRODUCT is wonderful. Best low-carb, gluten-free bread available.
