Needs special handling

Although I have had a better experience with this bread when I found it in a grocery store once on vacation, my stores here do not offer it. It does tend to fall apart and and requires some special handling. When I pull a loaf out of freezer to thaw, I put in a folded paper towel that helps pull some of the excess moisture out of the bread. That seems to help. And I'm extra gentle with it. And I only eat it toasted. I'm a big toast fan.
