Dried fruit. I usually find it disappointing, a hint of what used to be. This is a world unto itself, the unique mango captured in a way that opens, entices and satisfies. I've shared with friends who agree. It's hard to discover new and enticing flavors of mango, and when you do, there's great satisfaction.
