The color of the bottle !!

When I pulled this out of the container I was amazed at the color of the bottle. I have never seen an Olive oil with such an eye catching color. I am always looking for the high Polyphenols and this just adds to the health of the oil ! It has a kick but not an overwhelming flavor. I love to add it to my salad and it really picks up the salad. Lastly, I must say that I really like the selection here where you can cater your selection by so many parameters ! I also like the blurb about the growers. It makes a real connection for me. It is not just an olive oil from Spain but it is an estate and the family has been growing olives for generations. . . . It would be nice if you could expand your selections into other areas of food that you can only find the best in Europe. Great company to purchase from !
