Post Work-Out Blend 450gm

It’s hard to pick a favourite but I think this one is it. I love the high protein and high fibre. I use it as a base for my morning smoothie and it keeps me going for 3 hours. I add frozen fruit, spinach if I have it and a small amount of coconut yogurt. Blend with soy milk. I was looking for a 100% Australian non dairy protein powder and couldn’t find one. Then I found this product. I couldn’t be happier!

Used blueberries and dash honey was great love there was no after taste of fake chemicals

I have this every morning with frozen cherry’s, berrys and yoghurt. I feel full longer and it’s so easy on my stomach.
