Good Afternoon Blend 450gm

Great for stopping the afternoon slump, kept me full until tea time

I enjoy the good afternoon blend more so then then the choc. But I will continue with both blends alternatly. I do not lose weight but having these smoothies daily it stops me snacking, which does work well for my health. I just made the protein cookies that was in book 2 and I must say the recipe is A1

Yum! Nice taste, not 2 gritty, goes well with an aray of fruit! Mum was right, you guys have something great!
