Enjoy the morning drink. I add banana, some rolles oats, frozen pineapple and tumeric as well as some ice and water. Blitz and away I go. Keeps me well and truly full until lunch. I just have the afternoon blend with coconut water and ice Yummy. I haven't had the evening blend but I will ... It is really lovely.
