Absolutely Delicious!

I just tried the Mac & Cheese and it was delicious. I used lactose free plain cheese instead of Parmesan and lactose free thickened cream instead of cream/lite cream and it didn't make any difference, still worked out perfectly. Only thing I will say is that, when it comes to cooking the mixture on medium high for 10 minutes, it caused it to boil so, I found it best to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes and then simmer for the other 5 minutes.
