Curried sausages done right. Straight from opening the pack you get the delicious smell of curry. I used diced potatoes as an added extra and they took on the flavour adding another delicious element to the dish.

Loved my mums curried sausages but I couldn’t make them right. Tried the recipe base, added some apple (like my mum used to) and tasted like hers. Perfect winter comfort dinner.

Delicious old school flavour! Just be careful what sausages you use. I used Italian pork which had some aniseed flavouring so I will be using plain next time so can just have the curry flavour on it's own.
