Blend11: Low FODMAP, low carb, gluten free bircher muesli (Best Poos Ever!)

I’ve been buying Goodmix 11 for years and it definitely plays a big part in keeping me regular. I make a batch of Goodmix, rolled oats, chia seeds, yoghurt and blueberries, enough for 4 days. It’s great to get up in the morning and just grab the mix from the fridge and enjoy with a cup of coffee before heading off the start the day’s business.

Been using Blend 11 for a long time, When traveling is when I find it amazing, keeps me regular , and I know I am having the best breakfast. Love it! With fruit and yoghurt so satisfying. ( after soaking overnight)

Blend 11 is so good I have it every morning mixed with yogurt and berries. Such a healthy way to start the day!! Oh and going to the toilet more regularly!! Happy days 😁
