Beautiful on warm bread or in pasta, this olive oil has the distinctive flavor of the Sienna region. Also marked with the seal stating “Denominazione di origine protetta,” you are guaranteed that green Tuscany flavor. I definitely will be ordering again.

Nothing bitter. Powerful taste. Have not cooked with it yet. Use on salads, breads, etc. Nice color and excellent quality. No bitter aftertaste.
