A wedding gift to be given in July. Nice packaging.

Quality

Received steak knife set for a Christmas gift. Decided to add to it with this 3 piece starter set. We have cleaned out all junk knives that we had and really like the quality of these knives. Very high quality and very sharp.

Great blades, poor QC

Knives are great but the QC on them was a bit lacking. Edges were not sharp at all (like they completely missed the sharpening process before being packaged) and there is a nick on the spine of the largest blade near the bolster from what looks like a belt grinder. For the price I am not upset since I was able to sharpen them up quickly and get them running, but I believe an average person without knowledge on sharpening would be unable to use these. Had this set been +$200 I would have returned them.
