This olive oil is fairly mild in flavor in comparison to the more robust Italian olive oils that Olive Oil Lovers offers. And that can be a good thing depending on what you’re looking for. But out of the other Italian olive oils I’ve tried, this one is the smoothest with a buttery texture. One of the best for sure.
