Chicken & Sweet Potato Fillets

Love the product, so does my dog. Have heen purchasivg fir a few years now, first at pet shops which no longer carry, then Amazon then direct to Gaines. Unfortunately only one out of 8 to 10 orders is really fresh and has that beautiful sweet potato color. Mostly what I get are harder and darker. He will only eat when desperate.

The chicken/sweet potato fillets were hard and one of my fur babies out of the three would not eat them. I asked if this is the way they always are. Did not get a response after sending the lot # etc. Will not order them again if this is the norm!
