Chunky Chicken

Arrived as planned. A plus. Arrived in a box ,that's fine but a third of the product was crumbs. This is disappointing as this product is very expensive. Our dogs love it but for what we pay for it ,it shouldn't be so many crumbs. Suggestion: send in bubble wrapping and mark box as "fragile" Please respond on how this will be addressed.
