Pickup Routing Templates

Super nice that Fat Bass Tone carries router templates!

Fast shipping, good price, but most of all, it is fantastic that they carry several router templates, especially for an "odd-shaped" oval pickup like the Delann Xtender. I have bought two different template styles from them for the two different pickups and it has made the build process very easy. Very few stores carry templates for their pickups. Kudos and thanks!!

Budget Friendly P2 Pickup Template

These are good budget-friendly routing templates. These are made from acrylic so they are sturdier than the MDF ones I have seen. The only reason I didn't give these a 5-star rating is that they aren't quite finished. The edges could have been polished for a smooth finish. The luthier working on my bass wouldn't use them as is, he polished the edges to prevent accidental scratches to the finish of the instrument. Other than that, he said he preferred the templates over the MDF ones he has used in the past.

I love the pickup router templates from Fat Bass Tone! They are well made, accurate templates that are reasonably priced.
