Sadowsky Onboard Bass Preamp

Bought this to upgrade my Sadowsky metro express preamp but IMO it’s not much of an upgrade. Just an ok preamp in my opinion not a lot of dynamic presence and unnecessarily difficult to install meaning you have to solder but the placement of solder locations are too tight access and too close to each other. Spend a little more money on a more dynamic pre with screw terminals

This is my second or third Sadowsky preamp. Smooth and articulate. Worth it for the VTC alone.
