Bartolini BC4CBC 4 String Classic Bass Pickups

There’s a reason why this pick up is so common on high-end basses. It just sounds like a standard for what a high quality pick up should sound like. Some people consider the Bartolini sound to be too ‘polite’, but for me it’s perfect. Not as good for effects as say, EMGs. Strong fundamentals with a rich tone

New Pickups = “New” Bass (Sure sounds better now)

I replaced the stock pickups in my MTD Kingston Z4 (Korea build) with a pair of Bartolini BC4CBC pickups. I had replaced the preamp many years ago with a Bartolini prewired harness. The pickups made a huge difference! Last weekend three musicians I was playing with commented on how great my bass sounded. Better tone, better separation of the notes, and more presence in the mix! Fat Bass Tone shipped quickly and had a great price. The descriptions made it easy to get the right part for a drop-in fit. I had no issues and no complaints. I’ve already ordered the parts to upgrade my Z5 from them.
