USDA Prime Filet Mignon Burgers

The burgers are superb. After all, they come from the same tenderloin as the prime filet, so what else would one expect? A truly delicious offering.

Lobel's prime filet mignon burgers are a treat regardless of how I prepare them. Grilled, pan fried or smash burgers are all spectacular, just seasoned with kosher salt. Serve on butter toasted bun!

The scallopini filets were just right; just thin enough, but also thick enough to enjoy. The filet mignon burgers are juicy and large enough, that I could slit them edgewise, make 2, and these were excellent. The steaks are very fine.
