A Great Introduction to Picual

As someone new to mono-varietal Olive Oils I purchased the 3. 4 oz sampler to get a little familiarity. I opened the first bottle and was instantly charmed. Truly fresh, this is the freshest olive oil I have ever tasted: clean, bright and peppery. I set a bowl out to dip with fresh bread and the three of us polished it off rapidly. Sorry about using the word fresh so much, but the word is now stuck in my brain. It really changes the way I think about olive oil.

Gift

I gave these as a gift and was tild they loved the Night Nobleza blend. Haven’t heard from them on the Day. Expect the same on the Day Picual, Arbequina
