Really Good !

1--I am No expert. I'm just a old man living at 7000ft in a small town on the eastern side of AZ. So there is no place close by to purchase high end oil. When I was a kid many moons ago my grand mother (from Naples Italy) would make fantastic pasta dishes and more. I remember the taste of the olive oil from who knows where. So I threw together a pasta dish with fresh basil and this oil. Gawd that brought back memories. Just wanted to say thanks. I will be back for more when I run out. DK
