Shipping far too high and product only 276grams

Ordered two of these and I am from Ireland. I have ordered loads of stuff from Canada and America before. I was charged €40 for shipping by The Nest which normally when it’s that amount it covers customs so I was charged €189.85 in total by The Nest. Then to my shock the tubs finally got to Ireland and I got charged a further €39.20 by customs. So in total that’s 342.31 Canadian dollars for two small tubs. I emailed them and they said the shipping fee covers shipping and product tax in Canada. This shipping fee is far too high and I was not happy. Also when sending something to Ireland you don’t have to put the value on it. You can just write vitamins. The custom charge reflects the value put on it. I will shop around after this. Expensive lesson to learn and I feel The Nests shipping should be lower if it’s not covering customs. Also the price of each tub is €73.95 and it says underneath the price “Tax Included”. So the tax for Canada is already included in that price before shipping so therefore the €41.95 is just for shipping not tax. Way too high.
