Good sculptor, but no pouch

The Good: The sculptor does the job if you know what you’re doing and glides well, especially for the scalp. Accupressure and relief for tension headaches is good. It’s easy to wash. Storage is tricky (more on that below). I believe in the amazing benefits of integrating Eastern and Western health and wellness practices. Seeing a female, Asian founder whose company is deeply connected to family and cultural roots makes the inner Asian girl in me want to cry with joy and the mom in me happy to show my kids this is what a boss can look like, too. Representation is important! The Okay: Please update the tutorial videos to dedicated web videos rather than reusing social reels. The trending audio is distracting and unrelated. Having to dig through Ava’s social feeds to find better explainers or try to find tutorials from others on YouTube does not make it easy for a customer to start using the product and enjoying the benefits. The Bad: Unfortunately, the pouch was missing from my order which makes storing the sculptor in the molded box a pain. I ordered this as a late-night impulse buy fuelled by exhausted motherhood wishes to reclaim self care. I paid a lot in international shipping, so after this and the currency exchange, this was a premium purchase for me. Sadly, the only solution they could offer required me to make another purchase and the transaction ended off with clarifying the pouch is not part of the product but complimentary. It’s a small thing, but it’s part of the experience and is either included or not included. Product images feature it prominently and messaging doesn’t indicate it’s a “free” or “bonus” item. This makes it feel like an incomplete order and leaves a lasting, negative impression. An unfortunate way to end the experience.

Versatile -whole family loves it

Very relaxing for the scalp. I used it on my husband when he had a stressful day and was surprised that he enjoyed it too. I used it as a mini massager on my 6-year old's back after I did my own routine and now he asks for it.

Lovely sculpting tool

I love that this tool is 100% ceramic. It’s not a cheap ceramic tool that you would find on Amazon. The tool is high quality. I especially enjoy the shape of the tool in my hand. I’m able to massage my scalp and the back of my neck to release tension.
