Awesome! They do seem to help with my chronic back pain. They are a bit expensive but they stay put- they do not fall off when showering or sleeping so they beat out other brands just with that fact. They were pretty easy to apply. A little tough to pull off, but that’s actually a good sign so I would probably but them again.

They won't Stick!
I've already gone through two packs of them in the course of 30 minutes because none of them are sticking despite having extremely clean ears. I even tried using alcohol pads to clean them before the second try I even tried cutting them to smaller pieces because they won't fit properly on my ear and they completely fall off. The $5 ones from Amazon stick better than these.

Small ears
I don’t have a lot of surface area on my ears so it’s kind of difficult to place without overlapping. I definitely feel and see the results. My smile is naturally wider after using them.
