For the price- no quality control

I really wanted to love it but my experience has been disappointing. The first one I received arrived chipped, so I went through the return process. After waiting for the replacement, the second one also arrived chipped. For the price point, I expected better quality control and more attention to detail before items are shipped out. It’s frustrating to go through returns twice and still not receive a properly inspected product. On top of that, the response time from customer service has been slow, and the overall process took much longer than expected with little communication during the wait. I hope the brand improves their packaging checks and customer service, because the product itself looks nice, but the experience has made it hard to recommend.

DO NOT BUY

They sent me several replacements (3 to be exact) and each one had a chip on it. Wasted of my time going to the post office to return for another replacement. Honestly Amazon is better. Ava has no quality control on her products as my head guasha also had a chip and had to be replaced. If I used it on my face first I would have had a big scratch on my skin.

The size was way too bulky and it broke easily. Regret buying this.
