I bought this when it was on sale and have heard good things about it so I thought I would give it a shot. I love blending the sachet into my morning smoothie. It's not too sweet and tastes like blueberries. So far I'm on my 2nd week of it and not sure if I notice any difference though.

After 30 days....

After a month of using the Skin + Gut Essential Booster, I've noticed my skin definitely looks more hydrated since drinking water was more fun by adding in the contents of the packet, which tastes like a tangy berry lemonade. I also noticed improvement with the overall texture of my skin, such as the softening of fine lines under my eyes. Definitely would recommend giving it a try!
