Whale 5.8" Chef Knife

bought knives for my honey for an early birthday/fathers day gift, I was prepping dinner that needed chopped veggies and meat, my knife so sucked so i borrowed his and OMG, even though i was using the 'whale' which is hefty for me, it cut like butter, both the PIPIKAULA (seasoned and dried beef which is just a tad softer then jerky) as well as the veggies (cucumbers, tomato, carrots and string beans) which i julienned and sliced cut w/ ease.
