Blue Edition Chef's Knife

The Wasabi Blue Chef's knife feels great in my hand. That gorgeous blue wood and the decorated middle rivet are eye catching. The bulk of the weight of the knife can be felt in the handle, it is hefty and very solid. As usual, it has an exceptionally sharp blade that is a pleasure to slice and cut with.

Love the feel and balance. The weight of the handle just feels right and gives more control than a knife without such a handle. I decided to buy this knife after getting the blue paring knife and realizing the benefits of the heavier handle. It just felt right and performed great.

That knife is the best I've ever had!
